霊感。inspiration.....

After finally talking to my japanese mother i have been so relieved that i can still converse with her in japanese. Although i couldn't express my self the way i wanted to and talk to her about other things thanks to my limited language ability, it really motivated me to study and learn Japanese again... Talking to her really inspired and brought back so many memories of my life back there.

music inspiration of the week/month is definitely 1950s-1960s rock n roll.

this comes from watching "la bamba" a movie based on the life and music of the late great Ritchie Valens!

timing is a funny thing as the TATTOO/PIERCING expo was on during the weekend and as you know the girls there are all tattoo'ed up but extremely girly with their 1950s glam hairdo's and dresses. so i started re-watching one of my fave 90s series The fresh prince of bel-air

i'm up to season 4 now and realised the original aunt viv was replaced with some lady with no personality and kinda boring to watch... #bleh. ok so here's the reason why the original aunt viv left...Diva or not?you decide.
